Meet Your Coaches
My Name Is
Coach Hazzy.
I've been training for over 17+ years as a natural South-Asian athlete.
In High School, my skinny-fat body made me uncomfortable with myself. I had no friends, and instead of making them, I'm getting bullied and made fun of for smelling like curry, and being brown.
I had a puffy acne face. One day, I had so many, I had the URGE to just pop them, hoping it would go away. But it became worse.. With my brown skin, it got replaced with discolored marks on my face.
Looking into the mirror, I liked less of what I saw..
The following morning, I walked into my home room, and the cute girl with braids who sat next to me every morning, turned to look at my face with DISGUST.
Her and her friends would make fun of me in home room, saying "Did someone hit you with a baseball bat, why do you have a huge mark on your forehead?"
"Yes my brother did." I would lie, because I felt so embarrassed.
"Yeah.. and your head is too big for your body." The girls laughed.
I started to despise my culture a bit. "If I wasn't brown, I wouldn't have these problems."
So I read some magazines online, how could I change this?
I tried everything, cutting out rice, eating less biriyani, eating more chicken.. But nothing seemed to work.
Until I realized, none of what I was reading was built for South Asian Men.. It was built for Western Men.. not people with my skin color.
I had no choice but to become my own test subject, and with 3 years of trial & error, and hard work.
I discovered the South Asian Method.. A method built specifically for South Asian Men to go from Skinny-Fat to South Asian Chad..
Now you might think this is bullshit, but this is my life.
My last 2 years of High School, here's what happened.
I went from girls making fun of me, to girls wanting to be around me at the next party.. I couldn't believe it, I was being invited to the parties..
I had so many options, I started caring less about girls altogether. And surprisingly, they wanted me more, the results.. became addicting.
The same girl with the braids, she started to like me because other girls did. By that point, I became WAYY out of her LEAGUE. I went from girls joking behind my back, to them starting to consider me.
She used to compare me to Grocery Clerk from the Simpson's, and now she compares me apart.
In fact it was so bad, that there was another kid named Hassan in High School, the same grade as me, and people kept mixing us up. When they talked shit behind our backs, they couldn't tell us apart.
But now.. They started calling me HAZZY.
He's different, he's not like the other men. There's something about him, the chiseled jawline, the clear skin, the built muscles and shapes broke my old identity, and came with a new self.
He's Chad, the Athlete, the Fit guy with a nice chest. They started to treat me differently.
The South Asian Chad, feels like a different man, He IS a different man.
I know what it's like being made fun of for smelling like curry, and being called a Taxi Driver, or working at Tim Hortons.
I am just LIKE YOU.
And if you're a South Asian man who's experienced anything that I just described, This IS a sign.
